hey, can i ask if you have been riding on your own? mountain bike or road bike already? because the transition from mountain bike to road bike might be slightly different and/or road biking needs some training before you head out for an endurance ride. im with 'team midpoint'. it holds a mix of both types of bikers. very recommended to join if you havent got a clique to cycle with and give tips. log on to 'togoparts' to check out great deals for bikes and accesories. but first, get a bike fit for yourself before anything.
