Synopsis:

All runners want to be able to run for the rest of their lives. Nothing beats the feeling after a good run. It is in our interest to keep our runs as injury-free and as pain-free as possible, so that running can continue to be enjoyable for the rest of our lives. Our doctor and podiatrist will discuss preventing and managing injury during running, and talk about how to protect your feet for a better run.
